My name is Michael Da Silva i am a proud Second generation Portuguese Native. I am currently enrolled in the business marketing program at Sheridan College. My future goals are to invest in real-estate and market homes. Through out my course in Sheridan I hope to develop interpersonal skills to mold me into my field of real-estate marketing. My hobbies are socializing with friends and company. I play poker often and read any business magazines i can buy. I enjoy sports especially soccer, which is like a religion in Portugal.
EURO CUP 2012
I have waited a while to finally see my country back in action on the European stage of soccer! Unlike many people I have one team to root for every 2 years, whether it is the World Cup or Euro Cup. That team is of course Portugal ! The tournament has just got started and at the perfect time as well. During June while the weather is always summer time blazing and when you can host a BBQ while having the games on full volume. Being Portuguese and having such a talented team to root for with players like Cristiano Ronaldo running up and down the field soccer becomes more than just a game. It is what i personally live for and a culture in the Portuguese nation. I have waited 2 years for this and it feels amazing to finally watch all the best teams in Europe battle for the Cup!
